All road users commit attention breaches, and during attention gaps road crashes occur. Research has established that the attention span is reduced to 4 to 5 seconds. Mind either goes to comfort (default state) or distractions and we consciously engage and re-engage our minds in the efforts of current task on the roads. The comfort refers to the thinking process about past memories and future worries. When the mind disengages from the complex cognitive task and comes back and during the engage, disengage and re-engage process, a gap is created and in that gap only a road crash occurs. The attention gap can be bridged with attention backup.
All road users claim they follow road traffic rules but a team of scientists and researchers at Mother India Care have discovered that all road users are cognitive breachers, also called attention breachers. We have to pay dedicated attention while on the road but our mind commits a cognitive breach and this breach or repeated breaches lead to road crashes.
When food is not becoming blood it means physical illness, if knowledge is not becoming action means mental illness.Consumption of forbidden food spoils the digestive system and consumption of forbidden data spoils the memory system. Our team of spiritual scientists have developed a revolutionary solutions for the global issue of deaths caused by daily road traffic. The first and foremost solution is road users census. Time to check knowledge level and action level of all road users and issue advisory to upgrade knowledge and develop backup and action loop. Road Users Census is designed for all road safety stakeholders (individual road user and road safety guardians) to categorize their level of knowledge (basic road safety skills, advanced road safety skills and Inner World Strategic Specialisation ) and their actions status (non-offender, offenders and defaulters) respectively.
The global community aims to reduce road crashes, whereas crashes are the effects, and the effects have no end; we must address the cause, which is a cognitive breach. When we want to solve a problem we must address the cause, otherwise we have to keep increasing the size of emergency services.
There is a 5% increase in road crash deaths in the year 2024 as compared to the year 2023 in India. Unreported road crash deaths have not been included in this statistic else it will be more. All road users manage their minds accidently rather than intelligently and they all are bad managers and they all must learn cognitive mind management skills to become smart managers.
Mother India Care has started road users census (RUC) a national survey (a part of national movement on road safety) to categorized all road users, provide upgradation advice to them.We are preparing a centralized platform for collecting and accessing essential data on national road safety in India, which will provide a comprehensive and reliable data resource on national road safety.

Road Users Census (RUC) is a national survey and for all age group begining from a year to senior citizens. We are preparing a one stop national data resource to make a combined effort to achieve vision 100% sustainable safe road travel for all in India by 2030 and globally by 2035.
RUC is a nation building exercise to change the world road safety ranking of our nation which is on the last position. Our responsibility is not just limited to build and manage our homes but also to get involve in nation building activities. RUC is a voluntary survey and we are not forcing anyone and if you find it right after going through all 14 points you are welcome.

We have set a deadline to complete the road users census for all by 26th November 2026 and release a National Road Safety Atlas. All road users face new and different situations on roads and while facing such situations they become victim of minor injiry, major injury and accidental suicide, and road users have considered such deaths as predestined which are not. We prepone our deaths when we do not care of our health. Due to the lack of cognitive barricading, around 500 road users die every day in road accidents in India.

Otherwise with the current pace of daily road crash deaths, by 2055 every one third person will be handicap and and daily fatalities caused by road traffic crashes will be 25000 per day.
It is madness to expect fruits tomorrow without sowing seeds today. Our tomorrow is today. Tomorrow is going to be the same as Yesterday or worse because we expect that tomorrow some miracle will happen or some one or a divine force will do something which is never going to happen. Tomorrow is Today - the future has now arrived, and it is time to act or face consequences. No one will do anything for your tomorrow, you just have to do something today to make your tomorrow better. Advice after injury is like a medicine after death, it is least heeded when most needed. Call to action - time for planning is over.
Various scientists across the world have stated that behavioral errors are responsible for the 92% of road crashes and human will continue to commit errors and we have to work on the external factors that contributes to make these errors. Expecting updated outcome based on outdated input is madness. "Input in you is the output by you". We need to feed Complex Cognitive Activities (CCAs) (also called Desired Sanitized input) to our brain memory and subconscious.
All road users claim they are will experienced road users and they will not die in road crashes, and blame all other road users are inexperienced road users and they will die in road crashes. Stakeholders across the world are engaged in reducing these road crashes whereas road crashes are the effects (also called consequences) and Cognitive Breach (also called breach of attention) is the cause or reason. Cognitive breach leads to errors and oversights. If we keep addressing the effects which are never ending we have to keep increasing the size of emergency services.
To stay ahead of the cognitive breach compliance, we have to build Cogntive Barricades. Lack of complex cognitive activities in the memory and lack of cognitive barricading, all road users will manage them accidently rather than intelligently.
Any disease can be treated only when it is accepted. We have to look within ourselves, introspect and accept our shortcomings. Those who do not accept their weaknesses and shortcomings are not trustworthy, because no power in the universe can heal them. All road users are bad managers and must become smart managers with cognitive engineering program which is an inner world specialization in the field of sustainable road safety.
We are addressing A2Z essential aspects of sustainable road safety and requesting our fellow citizens to participate in the nation building exercise to improve the world road safety ranking of our country.
We have to store complex cognitive task in the brain so as to activate its autopilot functionality for that particular complex cognitive task to make it more active when the mind is absent. There are 5 main reasons why cogntive activities are not stored in the brain memory of all road users and are mentioned below.
1. Lack of knowledge about cognitive activities - all road users are not aware of the cognitive activities.
2. Lack of expert-guided learning - expert guided learning is efficient memory and mind guided learning is inefficient memory.
3. Lack of repetition - road users are facing different and new new situation everyday on roads, not the same situations repeated.
4. Lack of mind involvement - mind involvement is very important to store information in the brain memory as well as the mind memory (mental process).
5. Lack of cognitive self-talk - All road users are doing general self-talk while on roads to sort through their thoughts, make decisions, and follow the mind, which is engaged in normal function.
When we store information in the brain for cognitive activities and worries for the future (emotion of fear - if we fail to handle the developing hazards well on time), we are setting a same kind of engagement for the mind to which it is designed and which is its normal function. Mind keeps thinking about the past memories and future worries. Mind engages in the task which is having risk to life such as learning to drive, mind also involves in the criminal activity because of the risk of getting caught by the police. Road users have removed the fear factor after learning the vehicle driving which we need to bring back.
By performing cognitive stimulation activities (CSAs), we delay cognitive decay, enhance cognitive consciousness and maintain cognitive abilities. "Forewarned is Forearmed". By building our 6 cognitive barricades also termed as 6 inner world armor/guards we increase the level of our cognitive consciousness, and they are
1. Mental Guard - To follow road traffic rules cautiously and strictly on roads, the way pure vegetarians follow their dietary rules strictly.
2. Cognitive Guard - To perform cognitive activities preconsciously and exclusively on roads.
3. Brain Backup Guard - Activate the autopilot functionality of brain to make to more active when the mind is absent from the current task on roads.
4. Fence Guard - form a cognitive fence with safe zone, danger zone and collision zone and be in a safe zone.
5. Priority Guard - Be the first to occupy the safe spot over collision spot and visualize if any vaccant sopt is turning into a collision zone then stay away for a few seconds to allow the oncoming road user to pass, and to allow the next oncoming road user to pass as well, till it is safe to proceed.
6. Intelligence Guard - strengthen your inner intelligence to control your mind.

Cognitive Engineering Program (CEP) is an inner world strategic specialization (IWSS) in the field of sustainable road safety which is a combination of science and spirituality and also called as super special pedagogy of sustainable road safety (SSP of SRS). We provide this SIWS to all adult road users and to all students of all classes in phases. We conduct meditation sessions and Didactic Cognitive Workout Workshops for all adult road users and in phased manner to all students as per their classes. We regularly provide upadates and upgrades to road users who completes cognitive engineering program and obtain MSC Global certificate.
Our complete cognitive engineering program (SSP of SRS) is having 24 topics and for school children 2 topics for every class thus covers 24 topics in 1 to 12 classes. We have prepared 12 books and one book for each class from 1-12 classes students, which is scheduled to be launched on 26th November 2026. This can be accommodated in the curriculum activity period without disturbing their regular studies. When a student passes their 12th grade they will also complete their 24 topics and will get Master of Self-control MSC Global Certificate. They will also pass all the 12 modules of Behavioral Emission Test (BET) a test to trust and get the certificate.
As time passes, the effect of our knowledge also passes.
The issue with information having a half-life should be obvious. Many fields depend on individuals with specialized knowledge learned through study or experience or both, but unless updated and advanced, all have an expiration date.
What are the implications if professionals are unable to adapt to evolving information and continue to rely on outdated knowledge? While all road users are skilled in navigating roads, their lack of continuous learning has contributed to the alarming rise in accidental fatalities. Staying updated will make you a master. Staying outdated will make you a disaster.

One thief gain entry into a house in the midnight using his tricks and an old woman lying on a bed saw him. She used her presence of mind and made a shhhhh noise by keeping a finger on lips. Suddenly a crocodile caught my leg and seeing the death, I started shouting loudly by saying Krishna, Krishna, Krishna, Krishna then her son came in that room and the old lady asked her son to catch the thief.
The thief was caught, and the old lady said just leave him and do not hand over to the police. Her son said no Mother, I must hand over to police, then thief also said, please call the police as I c=have committed a mistake. I should not shift from my task, I should not take support in my task and I should stick to my task only and reject all luring offers, I have committed number of breaches in my profession so I must get punishment.
The criminals have built up cognitive guard and they pay dedicated attention in their task for a long time and deliver a nice finishing, same way we can also build our cognitive guard to stay in the current task for a long time.
